Welcome to the Todd House

2. Turn Dining Room in to enclosed Library -Completed 06/14/05
3. Turn Kitchen/ Family Room in to Large old fashioned kitchen with fireplace Mostly Completed 2006
4. Finish Garage, Replace Garage Door.

This is our house. The house has 4 bedrooms, a dining room, a living room, a kitchen, a family room with a fireplace, and 2.5 baths. The Master bathroom even has mood lighting!! They yard is divided into three parts. The main part, just behind the family room is just concrete with brick trim, perfect for BBQ's! The part to the right is gated off, and is filled with grass and 2 fruit trees. The part to the left is where the trash is kept. Not to interesting over there! The neighborhood is built around a lake, and has 2 community swimming pools and spas, a clubhouse, a beach club (for the lake), tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, children's playgrounds, picnic areas, A children's tutorial center, A child development/ daycare center, and its own school district that includes 2 elementary schools, a middle school, and a high school. It also has a Mormon church, but since we are not Mormon, that doesn't help us very much. It also has a social committee which plans events for the neighborhood such as: hayrides in the fall, filling the clubhouse parking lot with snow at Christmas, picnics in the summer, and even trout derbys on the lake. It is a beautiful neighborhood, and We are very happy to be here!

This is a picture of the side of our house. You can still see the big tree and our front door is in the little alcove.

This is our peach tree. I can not wait to eat fresh peaches from it.

This is Toby sitting in front of our Orange tree. The Orange tree and the Peach tree are gated off from the rest of the backyard, and it makes a nice quiet courtyard type setting. There are little stepping stones, and a brick pathway from one side of the area to the other.

These are Toby's Palm Trees. He always wanted a backyard with Palm Trees, so he is very happy.

And this is one of the children's playgrounds.

This will become an enclosed Library, with a French door leading outside.

It will just get bigger!
