Happy 30th Birthday!

On June 28th, all of the friends got together to celebrate turning 30!

Throughout 2002 each of us turned 30, so smack in the middle of the year, we got together for one big celebration. It was perfect timing since Amy was home to celebrate her marriage. The theme was Mardi Gras, and to help numb the reality that we were now officially "old", we spent the evening playing childhood games such as hippity hop races and hula hoop contests. Truly, it was a night to remember.

 John tries his balance on 2 hippity hops, but fails and falls back on his head seconds later. Later, 
during the hippity hop race, Dad and John collide, but both pick back up and continue the race!

                                We all had a fun time trying to blow out the candles.
              We were lucky, Kevin wanted to put 30 candles on the cake for each birthday kid.
